Working Offline

  • You can continue to operate eHopper POS when there is no connection to the cloud server.
  • When offline, you can perform all operations except those that involve a credit card.
  • The indication in the upper right corner shows the status of your connection to the cloud server. When connection is on, the indication will be green. When connection is off, the indication will be red.
    Please note: internet connection is being checked every two minutes, so even if your internet connection is down, it might be indicated up to two minutes after the POS went offline (unless there is any activity within the POS app).

  • After your connection is back online, synchronize your data to save it to the cloud.
