Unblocking Account

Overview

After 5 unsuccessful login attempts, a message will pop up informing you that you have been blocked out of Back Office. However, the message will also allow you to authorize to be sent an email to unblock it.

 

Instructions

1. On the login screen, click on here where it says, To unblock Back Office, click here.


2. You will be sent to a new screen where you will enter your email and then click the Unblock button.  


3. You should then receive an email with a link that will unblock your account.
