Troubleshooting for Closing Batch, Orders, and Tips

If after attempting to close orders or your batch in the Tips section of POS, a red shield with an exclamation mark appears, this is most likely because there are orders that were processed on other register(s). In order to successfully close all the orders and tips displayed, you will need to close the orders on each individual device/register where specific orders were processed. 

Please note that Tips on receipt option is not available for pre-authorized payments.
!!! Tips will not be processed after the batch is closed on terminal.
If you want to disable tips, or reset tips option to Tips on screen or Tips on terminal, please close all open orders with tips in your POS.
