PAX Error 500 - Fix Instruction

Make sure internet is all functional

Check if terminal has signal:

S300: fourth item from the right is 2 monitors or computers, confirm it is blue


Please take a look at pax screen, there is an indicator in a shape of 2 PCs or monitors, should be blue, in case it is grayed out, you need to check cable connection again, you might need to plug ethernet cable to a different socket of the router

D210: on the upper right hand corner of the screen confirm there is blue waves ( preferably 4 and above)

Please check if terminal has signal, please take a look at pax screen, there is an Wifi indicator at the top right of the screen, should be active and at least 4 scales

Make sure to copy down s/n (for PAX) or reg ID and auth key (for Dejavoo Z11 Z1)

  1. Reboot terminal

  2. Reboot POS

  3. Reboot Router

  4. On eHopper go to settings then terminal settings

  5. Remove the terminal then click done

  6. Upon reboot of the terminal, go back to terminal setup and reenter s/n

  7. Tap done

  8. Test Device
