Potential TIDs (not in order) - See below for more information
30030012
30030013
30030030
30030040
30030045
30030420
30030097
30030098 (current 2/2022) for Paxstore
For a S300: 30030030 from broad pos; 30030097 from pax store, if this doesn’t work use 30030098; we’ve had some troublesome ones that needed to use 30030420, these were probably older, also found 30030040 on the Pax web page. They used 30030098 on one that had issues updating to Paxstore on 8/23/21. 30030045 for update monitor fail.
You may need to repeat this step with different TIDs depending on how long it has been since updating. The final one should be 30030098 unless a newer version comes out. If the jump is too big, it will result in an Update Monitor Fail Error.
The TID that you start with depends on the Monitor version the Pax S300 is currently on.
If it is on Monitor 3.19 use TID 30030013, which will put it on Monitor version 3.37.
If it is on Monitor 3.37 use TID 30030012
Then use TID 30030098 for the final firmware update (2/2022)
Downloading a different TID may result in the device being pointed at a different terminal management portal. For example if it was pointed to BroadPOS, it may be pointed at Pax Store after a firmware update.
To see the Montior version restart Pax.
Hold Menu button on screen until a menu is displayed onscreen.
Press Down Arrow on screen
