How to Change eHopper Software Package

1. Log in to your eHopper Back Office at bo.ehopper.com

2.  On the top right side of the screen, select the Change Package button. 

 

 

3. On the top of the Change Package page, choose either the MONTHLY or 1 YEAR tab, depending on the payment option you prefer. 

4. Select the CHANGE button under either the OmniChannel or Essential Plus plan options, depending on the plan you want to pre-pay for (can be the same eHopper plan you are already on if you want to purchase a yearly subscription).

 

5. On the next screen, select the Submit button to process the payment. 

​

6. Your account will instantly be upgraded, and you will not be billed again for the duration of time that you selected.
