Finding Account ID, License Key, and PIN
Your Account ID, License Key, and PIN # can be found in the Welcome Email you received upon first creating an eHopper account.
If you cannot find the Welcome email, you can also find them after logging into https://bo.ehopper.com/. Please see details for finding each in Back Office below:
Account ID
Your account ID can be found on the Back Office Dashboard.
License Key
Your License Key can be found by going to Settings--->Register Settings--->selecting the register of the license key you would like to view. The License Key will be displayed on the Register Details page.
PIN #
A specific employee's PIN # can be found by going to Employees in the left menu and then selecting the employee. Then, select and hold the eye icon next to the PIN # field to view the PIN. Note: You must have an Administrator employee role to view the PIN.
