1. Table management functionality on Poynt devices
Note: This feature is only available with the Restaurant or OmniChannel plan.
- You can now utilize Poynt devices to take and manage table orders from your guests on the go, in order to expedite and streamline the ordering process.
- Select the customer's table from the Poynt.
- Assign restaurant items to each individual guest or the whole table from the Poynt.
- Split payments by guest and print receipts broken down by each guest's order info.
2. Customize Information Displayed on Kitchen Receipt
- Allow for a more efficient ordering process by choosing to display the customer's name and phone number on kitchen receipts, in addition to the Order Source (if an order came from the POS, online site, or self-serve kiosk).
3. Display suggested tip amounts for customers on receipts
- You are now able to set up custom tip amounts for customers to choose from, which will be displayed on customer receipts, in order to promote fair tip amounts for your employees, boosting staff morale.
4. Automatically print kitchen receipts as receive online orders
- Save time and prevent manual work by having eHopper automatically print kitchen receipts to your kitchen printer(s) as soon as online orders come in, so your kitchen staff doesn't miss a beat and can quickly start preparing the online orders.
