1. Split payments for table orders by guest or by item
Note: This feature is only available with the Restaurant or OmniChannel plan.
- Provide more flexibility and a better customer experience by allowing guests to split payments for their order by guest or by item.
- When splitting payment by guest, the final order receipt will break down the payment amount and items ordered by each guest.
2. Early guest checkout at table
Note: This feature is only available with the Restaurant or OmniChannel plan.
- If a guest at a table would like to leave early, you are now able to process their payment and print out their receipt, before the other table guests.
3. Display customer phone number on receipts
- Have a quicker and more efficient ordering process with the option to display a customer's phone number on their order receipt, so you can quickly call the customer once his order is ready.
4. Customize your Order Types
Note: This feature is only available with the Freedom, Restaurant or OmniChannel plan.
- You can now create custom Order Types, as well as remove or choose default options, for more efficient operations.
5. Edit your billing info directly in eHopper Back Office
- You can now more efficiently manage your eHopper payments and billing status by directly editing or adjusting your payment methods and credit card data in your eHopper Back Office.
6. Have increased visibility to new online orders
Note: This feature is only available with the OmniChannel plan or after installing the eCommerce app.
- A yellow bell will now appear when one or more new online orders come in, so you can quickly and easily know when to start preparing it, allowing for a more efficient and speedier order process.
- You can also enable sound notifications for incoming online orders.
- Instantly have kitchen receipts print to your kitchen printer(s) when new online orders come in, so your kitchen staff doesn't miss a beat and can quickly start preparing online orders.
- There is also a new Online Orders section in the POS where all orders placed online will be displayed, with the ones you have not yet viewed appearing in yellow.

7. Manually edit loyalty points for customers
Note: This feature is only available with the OmniChannel plan or after installing the Loyalty app.
- Now, if you would like to adjust a customer's existing number of loyalty points, this can be done directly in their customer profile in Back Office.
8. Customize footer for bills (unpaid receipts)
- Increase your revenue by upselling products and services through the footer of customer bills, which can now be customized.
9. Item notes displayed in Order Details
- Manage your customer orders more efficiently by viewing item notes on the Order Details screen in POS.
10. Paid and unpaid balance for partial payments displayed in Order Details
- Have more insight into your partial payment transactions by tracking the paid and unpaid balance in the Order Details.
11. Select register for syncing online orders, to prevent duplicate orders
- You are now able to specify which POS register you would like to sync with your online shopping, cart, so that when orders are placed online, they do not cause confusion and duplicate orders by popping up on multiple POS registers.
