Edit Customer's Current Loyalty Point Balance

Overview

Note: This feature is only available with the OmniChannel plan or after installing the Loyalty app.

  • If you would like to adjust a customer's current number of loyalty points, this can be done directly in their customer profile in Back Office. 

 

Instructions

1. Log in to Back Office and in the left navigation menu, select Customers--->Customer List and then select the row of the customer whose current balance of loyalty points you would like to edit.

2. Select the Loyalty tab on the top of the screen (will only appear for active loyalty customers). 

3. Enter a new loyalty point balance for the customer in the Current Points field.

4. Click Done to save.
