Creating eHopper Account and Logging in to POS for First Time

Overview 

  • You can set up an ehopper POS account on Ehopper's website.

 

A. Creating Account On Windows PC

1. Click on the following link: https://ehopper.com/pricing/ and select Sign Up under your preferred plan.

 

   2. Fill in the necessary info about your business on the eHopper account activation form.

 

3. Check off I agree with Terms & Conditions 

4. Click the Sign Up button.

5. Open the introductory welcome email you have received in your inbox and click on the link to BO (bo.ehopper.com) or enter it into a Google Chrome browser.

Note: Make sure it doesn't open in Internet Explorer or any other browser type other than Google Chrome.

6. Install the eHopper POS application. You can find instructions on how to do this on the Dashboard.

7. Open the POS application.

8. Enter your Account ID and License Key, which can be found in the welcome email, and tap the Done button. 

9. Enter the PIN #, which is also found in the welcome email. 

10. Accept the Terms & Conditions and tap Submit.

  • You will be logged into your POS.
  • If you did not select the demo option when creating the account and have not yet created any products in Back Office, no products will appear in the POS product catalog. For them to appear, they must first be created in Back Office.
  • To log in to Back Office, click the Back Office link (bo.ehopper.com) in the Welcome email or enter it into a Google Chrome browser, and enter your account ID (from Welcome email), email, and password that you used to sign up. 

 

B. Creating Account On Android 

1. Follow steps 1- 4 above.

2. Download the eHopper POS app from the Google Play. 

3. Open the app.

4. Follow steps 6-8 above. 

  • You will be logged into your POS.
  • If you did not select the demo option when creating the account and have not yet created any products in Back Office, no products will appear in the POS product catalog. For them to appear, they must first be created in Back Office.
  • To log in to Back Office, tap the Back Office link (bo.ehopper.com) in the Welcome email or enter it into a Google Chrome browser, and enter your account ID (from Welcome email), email, and password that you used to sign up. 

 

C. Creating Account On Poynt Terminal

1. Find the eHopper POS app in the Poynt App store and install it.  

2. Pay for the app on the Poynt device. 

3. Open the app.

4. Follow steps 6-8 above. 

  • You will be logged into your POS.
  • If you have not yet created any products in Back Office, no products will appear in the POS product catalog. For them to appear, they must first be created in Back Office.

Note: To log in to Back Office, you will need to access it from a Google Chrome browser on another device (Android or Windows).
